Payment

Currently, I will be only excepting payments through Paypal. Buyer must be at least 18 years old to commission me. A social media search might be conducted if I suspect you aren't of age to buy a suit.

After receiving an exact quote 50% of the exact quote will be required upfront. This payment is non-refundable and will cover materials and a refund fee if the buyer decides to terminate their project. Any other payments can be sent at any time throughout the making process of your suit. The buyer is responsible to notify me of any payment sent so they can be logged. After the suit is finished, sent out, and received 100% of the payment is non-refundable.

If for any reason the buyer decides to change the design of the suit after the making process has started the buyer must notify me and a non-refundable fee will be charged to the buyer. The price of the fee will depend on the changes to be made and at what point of the making process the change was made

Right to Refuse

I have a right to refuse any potential buyer for any reason without explanation. Though a few reasons why a buyer might be refused would be:

If they are a zoophile

are trans/homophobic

and/or seems like a scam.

As an artist, there are things I will not do. These include:
Any NSFW suit or similar suit modifications.

Any religious/copyrighted/drama-causing markings or symbols.
Copy another maker's style.
Suits of copyrighted characters.

More things could be added to this list but for now, I'll just say to try and use common sense when asking for a suit to be made.

Refunds

If at any point, during the making process, the buyer can no longer afford the suit a refund can be requested. Any payments made after the initial deposit of 50% of the exact quote will be sent back to the same account the payment was received.

After a refund is sent the suit that was being worked on will be changed and sold as a premade. Whenever a refund is requested the buyer agrees to let me change and sell the suit they were intending to buy.

Repairs

Suits or suit pieces can be sent back to me for repairs. Buyers are responsible for the upkeep and protection of their suits. If a suit is damaged beyond repair I cannot remake the suit for free or give discounts for a new suit.

Any shipping cost will be charged to the buyer and must be calculated and paid before the suit or suit parts are sent to me.

Any suit or suit piece sent for repairs that are found to have been modified without permission will be sent back. Once suits or suit parts are sent to me the shipping cost is non-refundable.
I will not repair any agreed modification of the suit or suit parts the buyer has made. For example, if you replace the eyes I will not repair the new eyes if they are broken.

Small repairs like a split seam are free. Any large repair will be quoted before the suit is sent back to me, but if the damage is worse than what was originally quoted I will contact the buyer with a new quote. If, after the new quote, the buyer does not want to go through with the repair the suit will be sent back.

Post Completion edits made by the buyer

The buyer must contact me before any major changes are made to the suit after it is completed and sent out. If the change is major enough the buyer will not be able to send in their suit for any repairs made by me.

IF ANY BUYER IS FOUND MAKING ANY SUIT I MADE INTO AN NSFW SUIT THEY WILL BE BLACKLISTED!!!!

Suit modification Post completion

If at any point a previous buyer would like to have me modify the suit or suit part I made a quote will be determined. Payment will be the same as expected with a new project with a 50% non-refundable deposit except for the fact that any payment for a modification is 100% non-refundable after the modification process has begun.

Work In Progress (wip) Pictures

Work-in-progress pictures will be posted on my various social media unless said otherwise by the buyer.
